Antique Vintage Blue and White Dish - Doultons Arundel Burslem - Transferware - Crazed and Aged and As-Is

A beloved old dish. The transferware design is gorgeous! NOT for the perfectionist, but PERFECT for the person who loves old and chippy and crazed! The dish is so pretty, one end is a slightly different shape and functions almost like a handle. There are tiny inclusions and lots of crazing and yellowing. To be noted...there are TWO old chips on the underside. Plus another couple small underside chips on the piece. Again, for those of you that love the old! Please look at the photos!

The clay is marked with an imprinted mark and there is another blue printed (or transfer) mark. The blue mark is Doulton's Arundel Burslem. Founded in 1815, this piece originated in a later factory location, Burslem, opened in 1882.

This piece measures approx. 7 3/4" long by approx. 4 1/2" wide. Approx. 1 1/4" tall.

Vintage. May show signs of age, which includes darkening, crazing, fading, and non-uniformity in color, shape, or size. Any significant damage or marks will be noted.
