Vintage Sterling Silver Forstner Bow Pin Brooch Great Gift

Super sweet sterling silver bow brooch by Forstner. Very dimensional, with fluid movement. Perhaps dating to the 50's. The Forstner Jewelry Co opened in New Jersey in the 20's. The company produced designs in both silver and gold. They ceased operations in the 1980's.

This is marked FORSTNER STERLING on the back. Metals are not tested in my possession.

The measures approx. 2 1/8"at the longest point and is approx. 1 1/14" at the tallest point.

Good vintage condition. Some patina to the metal, VERY splotchy. Clasp is in working order. This has been worn, please expect surface scratches and wear. Items are not polished in my possession. Please look closely at the photos…many of which are magnified, as they are close-up shots. I am always happy to answer questions.

Vintage. Do NOT use liquid silver polish or harsh chemicals on pieces with stones (especially turquoise) as those substances will cause damage. A simple silver cloth will do, taking care to avoid the stones as much as possible.
