The lovliest vintage portrait pin/pendant. Features a tiny painting, believed to be hand painted, but under glass, in the Italian Renaissance style. Perhaps the Virgin Mary, or another beautiful woman of worship. Love the filigree mounting and the 6 tiny faux turquoise accents. A very special little piece. So lovely!

Marked 800 on the back. Descriptions are based on the markings, as metals are not tested in my possession.

The pin measures approx. 1 1/4" tall by approx. 1 1/8" at the widest point.

Good vintage condition. Pin mechanism is in working order. Natural LIGHT patina to the metal. This has NOT been polished in my possession. This is older and has been worn, please expect surface scratches and surface wear.

Please look closely at the photos...many of which are magnified, as they are close-up shots. Color does vary with different screens. Patinas do darken in storage. I am always happy to answer questions.

Vintage. Do NOT use liquid silver polish or harsh chemicals on pieces with stones (especially turquoise) as those substances will cause damage. A simple silver cloth will do, taking care to avoid the stones as much as possible.
